Refund & Exchange
When you shop on Printerval Marketplace, we strive to ensure all of you are 100% happy with every purchase you make. If you received unwanted items or you are simply not happy with your order, please check our refund/exchange guide to help you correct your case accordingly.
All items purchased on Printerval are made specifically for you. Your order is held for four hours after it is placed to allow for any neccessary changes to shipping/billing addresses or item sizes and colors.
Once the four hours have elapsed and your purchase goes into production, your rights to make changes or cancellations are forfeit.
Returns cannot be offered unless the item is defective. Exchanges, however, can be offered for apparel sizing issues.

Relating your issue with damaged/low-quality or not as described items, we require pictures of the received, incorrect items as evidence for resolutions. To avoid a time-consuming exchange of back-and-forth emails, please read the following steps carefully before proceeding with a claim for a refund or exchange.
To set up an exchange for sizing issues, please reach out via the Contact Us page, include your original order information and the size you'd like in your e-mail, and we'll take care of the rest!
If something you received is defective or not up to our usual standards please contact us via the Contact us page with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!
These pictures will be sent to our production department as proof to help them recognize their accountability during production and provide you with a suitable solution.
In case that the mistake was indeed from our production department, we will give you a 100% refund for all the incorrect items.
On the other hand, we cannot assist you if you made a mistake or misinterpreted information when purchasing. We never ask that damaged items be returned to us.
However, depending on your situation and the consequence of the purchase, we are willing to discuss a partial refund to show our goodwill.
