What is the Loyalty program?
The Customer Loyalty Program (or Loyalty Program for short) aims to enhance your experience with Printerval and to show you our gratitude for choosing our service, open to existing and new customers.
Earn Loyalty points (CP) and redeem them for exciting rewards in your user dashboard.
What are the benefits from Loyalty program?
With the Loyalty Program and loyalty points, your account becomes more valuable as your rank increases. Enjoy more discounts, more purchasing power at the same cost, and access to the Limited Store that's not available to the public, etc.

Why is my loyalty point still pending?
Initially, these points will be held in a pending status awaiting verification. This process applies to all points you receive from any activation with us including referrals and top referrers. Once verified, your points will be promptly added. Stay tuned!
Are there any costs or fees associated with joining the loyalty program?

What's the difference between Lifetime Point and Current Point?
Lifetime Points (LP) are the total loyalty points your account has ever earned up until now. LP can't be used in most ways, except to determine your VIP rank within the Printerval program.
Current Points (CP) are the points currently available in your account. CP is the Printerval currency that you can use for shopping, cashback, or any other reward redemption.
Basically, 10 CP are equal to $1 toward your purchases.
What is VIP rank?
Each customer account will be assigned a new rank after reaching a certain point threshold. The higher the rank, the more benefits that account can receive.

What can I use CP for?
You can use your points to purchase Printerval items at a better rate or exchange them for exclusive items. (the higher your account rank, the better rate you can get)
The program is still in the improvement phase, so many more uses for CP will be added in the future.
How do I earn points?
Referral: Bring your friends on board for bonus points with each successful referral for both of you. You'll earn a lot of points since there’s also a referral leaderboard with great rewards.
Missions: There are many missions for you to earn points upon completion. Some are as simple as logging into your account on a certain date or downloading the app.
How do I check my current loyalty points balance?
You can check your point balance by signing in to your Printerval account via our application or website. The point balance will be updated immediately whenever you earn additional points or redeem them for rewards.
What happens if my account status changes to Inactive? How do you determine if an account is inactive?
Your records, including points, ranks, and transactions, will be lost once the account status changes to inactive. You can reactivate your account anytime, but everything will reset to the start.
An account will be set to inactive status if there is no activity, such as purchasing or completing any missions, for 2 months.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Transferring points from one customer to another is not allowed to avoid any potential abuse. However, customers can send points to seller accounts.

Referral Program
What is Referral program?
You can boost your loyalty point stash by referring your friends to purchase on Printerval!. For each approved referral, you'll get 80 loyalty points as a reward.
If you refer a partner to Printerval, you'll receive $10 per creator or $50 per supplier to your paypal account after their first sale is successful.
When will I receive my referral points or money?
Once the individual you referred completes their first purchase or sale successfully, the points or rewarded money will be sent to your account 15 days afterward.
How many friends can I invite per month?
Feel free to invite as many friends as you like! We don’t set a limit for your effort.
Will my friends get any benefits when they accept my invitation?
When you refer a customer, they will receive 50 points in their account after completing their first purchase.
If you refer a creator, they will receive 200 instant points and a +5% commission boost during the first 2 months for every sale.
If you refer a supplier, they will receive 1000 instant points and will be exempt from any platform fees during the first 2 months.
Can I refer riends who have been Printerval customers/partners before?
No, for a referral to be deemed successful, the person who went through the invitation make a purchase/sale with a new account.
And the referee's PayPal account used for receiving payments must be unique. We do not give rewards to existing referees.
What is the Top 10 Referrers section and how does the ranking work?
Every month, we celebrate our most active referrers with a competitive leaderboard! Here's how it works:
Reward for the Top 10: The top 10 referrers on the leaderboard each receive a bonus of 500 points, while the top referrer (Rank 1) earns 1000 points!
Countdown and Reset: The final rankings are determined when the countdown ends, and the leaderboard resets on the 1st of each month.
Qualifying for the Top 10: To be eligible, you must have successfully referred at least 10 people during that month.
Tiebreaker Rule: When multiple referrers have the same number of referrals, the referrer with the most recent referral will take the higher position in the ranking.
Maintaining Your Rank: Your referrals must complete their purchases or sales with Printerval without canceling or returning. Otherwise, your referral count and rank may be adjusted.
