What is International Tea Day?

History of International Tea Day

Another group, The Tea Board of India, suggested International Tea Day to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization in the hope that it would become an official holiday.

Chairman Santosh Kumar Sarangi suggested this in 2015.
