However, if the error is not from our end, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges because the products are handprint & custom-made just for you.
- Cancelation: If you placed an order in error or changed your mind after purchasing, please kindly request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by sending us a DM. We will issue a full refund. In case the cancellation is requested after 12 hours of purchase and your order is already being made/printed, the refund will not be accepted.
